We have a unique opportunity to invite you to represent your outdoor community group or club on stage as part of the Kendal Mountain Tour 2025!

Each successful applicant will be featured in one of our localised Tour events – introducing your club/community on stage to a sell-out theatre audience, and celebrating the impact your group is creating.

WANTING TO MEET NEW MEMBERS?

As part of the evening, your group will be able to meet and connect with the audience, before, during, and after the event.

Plus, be in with the chance of hosting a mini outdoor experience, with the support and promotion from the Kendal Mountain Tour Team – inviting new members to join and experience your group.

  • 15 mins on-stage talk featuring 1-3 group founders/members
  • Venue space to promote your group
  • Full marketing promotional support
  • Complimentary tickets to attend the event

Terms and Conditions:

  • Deadline for applicants: 5 February 2025
  • All applicants will be reviewed for accessibility, inclusivity, and connection to our purpose and values
  • Applicants are not guaranteed a place at the 2025 Tour Event
  • Successful applicants will need to ensure their database is GDPR compliant
  • Transportation and accommodation is not included, due to partnering with local groups within close proximity to each venue
  • Your community group details will be placed on our database for possible involvement in future events

About the Kendal Mountain Tour

The Kendal Mountain Tour 2025 will travel to over 40 venues across the UK, reaching more than 10,000 outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers. The locations include Tipparary, Stirling, Aberystwyth, finishing in May in their hometown of Kendal, Cumbria.

Speakers will include the world’s leading adaptive adventurer, Darren Edwards; Endurance Athlete, former BBC Breakfast presenter and Author, Louise Minchin; Athlete, surfer and environmental advocate Sally McGee, plus many more incredible outdoor protagonists.
